Automotive engineers and designers, working with L-O-F Glass technicians, have made the open road really open - and driving safer and more enjoyable.

L-O-F was a pioneer in the manufacture of laminated safety glass. It pioneered volume production of the one-piece, curved windshields and the compound curve for back windows, contoured to fit streamlined design. L-O-F developed E-Z-Eye, the tinted safety plate glass with the shaded band (both in windshield and back window) to reduce blinding glare and heat input. Created the Panoramic Windshield, now a feature of modern American cars.
