Is everyone using an electric caulking gun? I was a little apprehensive at first, but after a few days, I'll never use a manual gun again. Mine is made by Milwaukee, have been using it for years, an excellent product. Makes beads look like factory set, especially when ran on glass.    glasspros

I've been using it for about 6 years now...My 1st one was a aegis one. this type is made all by one company but has different company names on them....you cant be a professional with out it. I remember when I bought mine, everybody laughed at it and said it was slow. They kept on squeezing the trigger hard like that was going to increase the speed (lol). But who is laughing now...They don't even know what a hand caulking gun looks like anymore let alone use it. Besides I believe that these guns help prevent carpal tunnel  syndrome. I had these type of guns early in my career, so I took advantage of it no matter what the cost was. FXS

Did you try the Panasonic caulking gun? It takes sausage pack and tubes; a lot of power from its 7.2 volt battery. Seems like it goes for ever; its to hard to run this one at fast speed.  agn

Yes I have owned one myself. It cost me about I think $400 last year, and am still using it everyday. I love this gun; set the speed to 4, 5 is too fast for me too. 15 minutes to charge and I can used the whole case of urethane.  installer

The Milwaukee gun is good but the only thing I would want to look for is a variable speed trigger. The Milwaukee is variable speed but the adjustment is a knob on top of the gun not on the trigger. I would much rather have it in the trigger for easier one hand adjustments.  LIB
