TeleGlass National Adds Director of National Accounts and COO to Executive Team

TeleGlass National Corporation, a fast-growing national autoglass provider, today named longtime Harmon AutoGlass executive Rick Schnobrich to the newly created position of Director of National Accounts.

Schnobrich, a 15-year Harmon AutoGlass veteran who most recently served as director of national insurance sales, will play a key role in helping TeleGlass build relationships with major insurance companies, recruit licensee shops and expand national sales development.

"Changes in the autoglass industry coupled with advances in technology have created a tremendous opportunity for service innovation," said Robert Rosenfield, president and founder of TeleGlass National. "Rick’s expertise in the autoglass business will enable us to remain at the cutting edge of an industry undergoing rapid change."

Before joining TeleGlass, Schnobrich of Bloomington, Minnesota, held a number of management positions at Harmon AutoGlass, a fabricator and installer of autoglass with $300 million in annual revenues. As director of national insurance sales and director of the Harmon Glass Network before that, Schnobrich created and executed the company’s national business strategy.

At TeleGlass, Schnobrich will help the company build relationships with major insurance companies, recruit licensee shops, and play a primary role in expanding national sales development

Reflecting on this opportunity, Schnobrich said that "TeleGlass National is a smart company which is capitalizing on advances in technology to create a service delivery system to best meet  the needs of its partners, licensees and customers."

Schnobrich received a BS degree from Mankato State University.

Before joining TeleGlass National, Mishkin was vice president of agency services for Consumer Insurance Services of America, Inc. (CISA) of Beverly, Mass. CISA develops and distributes insurance and financial service programs for independent insurance agents. Mishkin was responsible for developing a licensee program, growing the company’s affiliate network, and working with its Internet strategy. Previously, he was chief executive officer for a family-owned retail business with multiple locations in several states. Mishkin received a BA degree from Syracuse University.
