Mitchell's eGlassMate.net Launches Web-Based
Auto Glass Claims with Travelers Insurance

After completing a test program with over 25 glass shops in Connecticut, Mitchell International and Travelers Insurance are set to roll out  web-based auto glass claims processing for Travelers insured's.

Using Mitchell's web site, eGlassMate.net, glass shops will be able to get policy information, coverage confirmation, and submit invoices. Travelers' hope is that this new glass-only claims system will "greatly improve the entire process for independent glass shops."

Shops are looking for neutral and independent parties, and insurance carriers are interested in non-network solutions.
