VVP America, Inc. has signed a letter of
intent with SunSource, Inc. (NYSE: SDP) to purchase its subsidiary,
Harding Glass, Inc., according to a joint announcement made today by
Mark A. Burke, president and chief executive officer of VVP America,
and Maurice P. Andrien, Jr., SunSource president and chief executive
officer.
