    Diamond Triumph Auto Glass, Inc. announces that Phase II of the company's e-business initiatives, initially announced in December 2000, which includes web-based job allocations and complete web-based insurance claims processing capabilities, has been successfully implemented with approximately twelve accounts.

    These expanded service offerings significantly expedite the glass claims processing cycle. Web-based claims management allows for immediate, real-time transfer of any claim information and eliminates the need for phone calls to glass shops or centralized call centers. This program allows clientele to confirm job scheduling, monitor job status and obtain detailed management reports at a click of their mouse button.
