DialMark Releases New Software

Glass POS Software Sells Glass with
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Features

Salt Lake City, UT March 22nd, 2001, <www.dialmark.com> -- DialMark, an auto glass sales and marketing software provider announced the release of its new Auto Glass POS (Point of Sale) and business management software today as well as its partnership with SAGE software, the number one CPA recommended business accounting software in America (MAS 90, DAC Easy, Peachtree, Business Works).

DialMark's software is the first glass industry POS software to include sales and Customer Relations Management (CRM) features in its software, which other service industries have been using for years. DialMark's software includes such Customer Relations Management (CRM) features as screen pops for sales and customer service scripts, full transaction auditing, centralized job routing and scheduling, contact management, and email integration.

DialMark began developing the software in response to requests by glass companies for progressive sales and customer service oriented software similar to that of other successful service industry software.

On April 1st the company plans to release its second major release to existing clients, and for the first time, will make the software available to the public. Company president and long time industry software programmer, John Wharton, said, "Because of demand for the product, installations are scheduled as far out as December of this year. I think the high demand for the software has been its high focus on selling and customer relations; it's a lot different than other industry software."

Keeping with it's unique sales and marketing focus DialMark is offering to pay visiting expenses for glass companies wishing to visit their Salt Lake City headquarters (excluding airfare). "Our goal is to find the few glass companies that share our sales and marketing focus as well as a desire to use customizable software," said Duane Rogowski, DialMark's primary software developer.

DialMark was founded in 1999 with a focus on direct selling strategies for independent auto glass companies and is run by John Wharton and Doug Call. The company is based in South Jordan, Utah.
