The strength of the brand they have built creates a great opportunity for Arch as we continue to grow our position as a premier North American supplier of mirror products."

    Once the agreement is finalized, Clark states "Arch will embark upon a significant capital expenditure focused on augmenting the output of the existing facility. We intend to modernize the silvering line, as well as procure new transportation and fabrication equipment, which will allow us to dramatically expand upon the current product offering."
