The Independent Glass
Association was incorporated in April 1995 as a not - for - profit trade
association. The primary reason the IGA formed was to help independent glass dealers
(automotive and architectural) compete with the national chains (networks).
The IGA is working towards building a better future for independent glass
dealers by leveling the playing field.
The IGA currently has over 700 members, representing over 1500 locations
nationwide. Approximately, eighty percent of our membership operate full service glass
companies. Membership is also available to industry related suppliers.
Our Mission:
- To actively seek out and assist in the development of marketing and billing accesses for our members
- To promote quality workmanship, superior service, and fair trade principles
- To maintain a healthy, competitive, and free market.
